Barbara monitored the progress of the build and kept us informed, and we felt comfortable relying on her extensive knowledge of the process though we were remote. She was diligent during the closing process and helped us keep on top of all the details associated with dealing with a large scale builder. Notes were taken during our walk through and emailed to us in a timely manner so that we could react appropriately. She made every effort to keep us on top of a sometimes demanding timeline! Barbara continues to communicate about homesteading and other details that need to be addressed after the closing. We continue to feel comfortable reaching out to her with questions after the closing and confident in knowing that Barbara will be there in the future if needed.
